		<description>I don&#039;t have cable or dsl where I live also.  HughesNet.com has been our ISP for about 3 years.  It is currently the only alternative to dialup.  Speed cannot compare to dialup - much faster.  More expensive.  If you would consider using a router for internet phone service also this would be a good way to save some money on a phone.  Make sure the router you purchase has a phone jack.  It works for us as far as speed but there is always a drawback with the weather.  We like it better than dialup.
