The best advice I can give you is to check with your service provider. Some dial-up plans are unlimited, some give a specific number of hours each billing period, and some have a different time computation for video calls (charging 2 or 3 times the actual clock time of use.) If you check with your ISP you won’t have any surprises when the bill comes in.
