My plan is voice, not data. Wanted to know if I could use my laptop and Razr cell to connect to a dial up internet company with only a voice plan. I don’t want to pay for a data plan. If it’s possible I realize the speed would be slow, also would my carrier know I’m using it to connect to dial-up internet?
I have verizon, and have done it with my LG phone. You just need to invest in the cable. They don’t care how you use your minutes, and you can get the cables through your carrier although you could probably get them cheaper elsewhere.
