not sure which to go with for my mom in law..out in sticks, only dialup is avail…which is best, she has both startup disks from walmart…anyone which is better????

Neither, get broadband. Well if you can’t try which ever one looks most appealing, or you could try windstream, I’m using that wirelessly and it is working out great.
