I am using windows xp sp2, when i want to connect to inermet (dialup) connection from my mobile through datacable my pc becomes hanged with no response from keyboard/mouse.

try reinstalling the drivers or get new drivers

where you say no rsponce from keyboard , i would say you may need new cables from it or problem inside pc tower not recognizing it, try cables first, when pc boots up watch screen to se if it is finding mouse and keyboard, if it isnt then u need repairs
