Sounds like my grandma... She paid like 400$+ on parts for a old computer which didn't help it at all.. They sold her sound cards and old boards and everything that she didn't need. She also has trouble working with the mouse & keyboard. Those CD's for training does them no good when they don't understand how they run. If your grandma is persist like mine is, and fails to learn... I just forgot about it... Stopped trying to help her, and let her do whatever she wants. She now doesn't touch it and just complains.
