I am assuming that you have a website and want to know the users details if that’s the case then register on http://www.google.com/analytics or http://www.statscounter.com (i prefer this one) and then just paste the code in your web site and that’s it

You would construct the site and do 1 of 2 things.
1. Your host should have a cPanel or some sort of site admin for their customers, mine for instance has AWStats, for stats, that one is great.
or 2. Download or grab the code for some statistics script and put it on your site, like Google Analytics as the poster before said.
