  1. you are pushing the boat, trying to share a 56k dialup connection, is like trying to share a tooth pick,, nobody wants it,, yes you can do it but it will be so slow you will have time to crawl and sleep and crawl some more over to the person you are sharing it with and pop them in the head, and then they do the same to you for messing with them, and then you might get what you you where searching for, before you was trying to share a connection, do ya get what i mean ??? pay the little bit extra, have the sharer split it with you and get DSL or cable connection, you will love it and you can share till your heart is content,, good luck.

  2. First You connect all systems in one Network.
    and give them ips in one series like 172.1.1.2 to 172.1.1.50
    connect Dailup connection in one system.and use Internet sharing.
    For this you can goto Internet Explorer-tools-options-connections.
    In that for dialup settings are there.Configure and share the internet accross the your lan.
