   double click the internet tray icon.(below right , two monitors blinking).

   You will have to check the time before you log off on your connection screen. you can get it by clicking the connection icon in the task bar on the lower right corner of your screen. If you want to keep track of it all the time then you will have to download some monitoring software that will keep track of the time that you spend online
