CAN ONLY ANSWER FOR THE UK

it will all be on the same bill

    but they are seperate things

i am on dial up and i am charged by the minute , its far too easy to stay on longer than you intend to so watch out for that

    all the best

Generally you are already paying for the phone line (unless you add a dedicated phone line for the dial-up). If it is a local call there is no added charge, but if it is a long-distance call, you are charged the standard long-distance fee.

usually this will be phone charges plus internet access fee. Why don’t you ask your phone company for DSL since it will allow you to have your phone line available while you are surfing the internet and you are not adding to your phone bill.
