You would have to turn the computer with the dial-up modem into a server, with static, or dhcp. And then route the ethernet out to the hub.

You can share the dial up by setting up 2 computers network through a hub. After the sharing is done…U can go to the browser and then tools and connections…now U can say that U connect to internet trough another pc…now select the other PC’s dial up option. Hope this helps…

Don’t bother. Dialup is too slow for to concurrent users. I would just run the phone line to each and connect as needed.
There are routers that have modems built in or to which an external modem can be connected. However, for the price, it is not worth it.
Upgrade to DSL or Cable if you have it available.
Experience. I use dialup since cable (1/2 mile away) and DSL (phone Company not scheduled to upgrade switch for a year) are not available. Try overnight patches on a reloaded system!
