yeah as long as u keep the telephone cable connected to the pc.
since u cant send faxes via wifi.. unless u pay an arm and a leg for the service.

As your wireless adapter is completely seperate from your modem, you should have no problem keeping your fax programs in place. In fact you should be able to browse and send/rcv faxes at the same time now.
