Internet Explorer is the worst browser ever. Go get firefox with google toolbar.
It has good tools, pop-up blockers, etc. Go to google to get it.

I’m not the same person but if you notice that a pop-up is blocked, a little box should appear in the taskbar. If you trust the site you can click on that pop-up blocker box and set to always allow pop-ups from that particular site.

HI, its mike again, i think your problem might be with your security settings to fix: Tools, internet options, security tab. Try changing some of the settings there. Also if your using IE7 then try opeing the link in a new tab. (right click link, open page in new tab)
