U are going to get more slower if u have wireless internet with dial up cause dial up is already slow and if u put is in wireless it is going to get more slow cause u are going to be far away from it and the internet is alreay slow.. If u want wireless internet then u have to get DSL internet or the T1,T2 and T3 or if they have an if faster internet

The answer about the firewall makes it obvious that the tech support staff you talked to was clueless. You need to speak to someone that knows what they are doing. Contact the vendor that installed your dish and tell them you are not satisfied with the service. Your problem may be a poorly aligned dish or bad cable connections.
