control panel-add or remove programs-find and remove

click start..then select control panel, at the control panel, select add or remove programs,.find the name of the tool bar click it and press the remove button..

1.)right click on an empty spot on your toolbar
2.)take the check-mark off the toolbar you want to remove
OR
1.)open control panel
2.)open add remove programs
3.)uninstall the toolbar you don’t want
OR
possibly check for spy-ware or malware
