I’ve been using DU Meter, but it works for mainly dialup. Looking for something that is freeware and will monitor upload and download over a certain amount of time. Then keeps track over a period of a day, week, and month.

Try looking around download.com, look for internet monitoring, internet timer, things like that. I use keylogger, so if you can read keylogger files then that would be a good way to do it to.
