We have 2 PCs and we shared the dialup conection,then 1 pc had a blackout so to speak, and after that we could not share the connection again, been trying to fix it but nobody seems to kno what 2 do…..can anyone help

Your internet are all rely on ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on the PC with modem, so when that died, the chain of internet will go with it. Depend on how this PC were fixed , you may need to reinstall ICS again.
