You can use the connection wizard to setup a network using the first computer as a type of router. Comuter 1 would be setup using Standard dialup. Connect the two via ethernet and the second computer should be set to access the internet through the first. Two wireless cards in “ad hoc”* mode will do.
Antoher option is a dialup router**. While this is painful it does work. If you have 2 POTS you can combine them. To make this wireless you will only have to connect the router to a a wireless access point***.

yes, using a company like Verizon Wireless you can have a high speed connection using dialup. I posted this answer from my EvDO connection.
