Well I just ordered my new laptop online but I realized that we have dial-up (can’t get anything else) and so I need something with a modem!? Do most laptops come with a like 56K modem even if it doesn’t say so, or because no one has dialup anymore did they just stop adding that? If so, is there some sort of a modem I can add with a cable? HELP!
most notebooks dont have enough room or its kind of a waste of space for a dial-up modem cause everyone moved on to faster internet connection…try getting satellite internet service (25x faster than dial-up) and it works almost anywhere! but if you really wanna still to dial up there is a product called dial-up external usb modems where you just need to plug into your usb port
