		<description>I think you might have to install the drivers for your devices. Check the device manager by right click &quot;my computer&quot; icon, then &quot;manage&quot;, then &quot;device manager&quot; on the left side pane. If there is any (!) or red (x) in the list on the right side pane, that means some devices are not installed properly. You will have to install the drives for them. If you do not have any original CD, you can go to dell website to download or maybe call them for directions. I think this is probably why you are not able to use internet or modem.
