starcraft battle net help?

When i try getting on battlenet for starcraft it says “unable to connect to battlenet. If you are using a modem to access your service provider and are not configured for dialup networking, you may have to initiate the connection manually” what do i do please explain.

  2. It could be that you have a firewall running and it is blocking internet access from that program. Check Windows built in firewall and any other firewalls you have and grant access to Port 6112 for starcraft to work. If you are using a firewall try this website: http://www.portforward.com

  4. Try turning off firewall, because they tend to block game sites. Battle.net does not work if you have pirated CD key.
