I have a Kyocera Soho, a Dial up account, and a USB cord to connect the Soho to my laptop. I have the settings all created so that my ISP dials up on COM4, which it dials up on the Soho. It dials fine, passes the verifying user name and password, but then gets stuck on the Registering your computer part, and then times out. Any idea who’s end this is on, mine or my ISP’s? If it is on mine, what should I change? Thanks everyone in advance.
You will need to call your ISP and they are going to tell you your computer is too slow I am afraid. I am not an expert though so give them a call. Good luck.
