dial up is just really slow…56k is tha max,,,an OK… video can play on that but you dont always stay at 56k…thats just that MAX for dial up…you could be at like 26k…witch is even slower…

To watch video comfortably on the net, you will need broadband connection such as 512kbps. Using a dial-up will cause you much unneeded frustration. Yes, dial-up is just too slow esp. if the video you are watching is of high resolution.
