no unfortunately there is nothing u can do unless u get a broadband connection like dsl or cable internet.

Most video is “streaming” video, meaning that it plays as it downloads. This does not work well at all on a dial-up connection since the download speed is so slow. What you can do is pause the video and wait until it has finished downloading (it will take quite a while) and then play it.

The stopping and starting is called buffering. Short of recommending you get DSL or cable, your only option is to download the video and play it native to your computer.

It just means that you have to let it buffer for like an hour or so. My friend who used to have dial-up said he would have to wait like 3 hours for a 10 minute video to buffer.

Yes, unfortunatly dial up is way too slow to do video in a reasonable amount of time…
You could sit there and wait for it to finish downloading and then watch it but that would probably be a few hours..
