  1. Phone (free unlimited long distance), DSL and Cable TV are from Comcast and are “bundled”…..all three are 108 Dollars, including tax. Water, Sewer and Garbage varies, between 25 & 35 Dollars for all three. Electricity (which includes electric heat) is about 80-125 Dollars a month. Depends on how cold it gets.
