sometimes your settings are not right.
for example for dial up they ask for speed 56 modem look for your settings.

Insufficient data. First tell us what is going on. Do you have dialup at all? 56k is the limit unless you pay for a server to give you more speed. All the high speed does is remember sites you`ve been to already. Then it acts as a repeater station.
