    Use microsoft office picture manager. you can edit , resize or crop jpeg or any type images from that.

  3. Try downloading Picasa from Google. It’s free. (Will they let me post this here? :) )

    Or you can just use Microsoft Paint. It’s pretty basic, but it does the job. If you have Micosoft Office you should have it.

  5. get a free bulk image optimizer. optimizing means to remove unused colors to reduce the file size
