Search for software called IrfanView. It will be a free download and works great.

Use microsoft office picture manager. you can edit , resize or crop jpeg or any type images from that.

Try downloading Picasa from Google. It’s free. (Will they let me post this here?

Or you can just use Microsoft Paint. It’s pretty basic, but it does the job. If you have Micosoft Office you should have it.
