You should be able to get it on your internet provider’s website. If they have local dialup for the new city, it sholud be there. If you can’t access the site, contact tech support. If they don’t have one, I suggest you switch your provider to avoid long distance charges.
If that ISP provider exist in that city, then you can dialup them, for that contact their office in that city. If they don’t have any branch, then better take line from another ISP which is located in that city. Because connecting ISP far away increase your phone bill.
