Internet connection sharing, Computer A is turned on but not connected and computer B is turned on later and IE is opened, will B force A to dial up or must A already be conected to ISP? If B is clicked off of IE will conection be terminated from A to the internet? Only one phone line in arizona desert, 26.4 kbs, cant stay on line. No bread for satelite 
A must already be up and online before B can connect, because A is Master, B is Slave in this setting. Though, alternative solution is to use Remote Desktop from B to logon to A and connect & disconnect to internet.
