How do i connect to the internet with my Dreamcast?

I have a Sega Dreamcast that I would like to connect to the internet to unlock some game features. It has a 56k dialup port and we have broadband at our house. The Dreamcast is long gone and the lack of an isp makes me wonder if connecting is still possible. Is there a way to connect the 56k line to our dial up line or through my computer to give internet access to the Dreamcast?

how to connect to net simultaniously using 2 diffrent connection type from a single pc?

Is there a way to connect to internet using 2 different connections from a single pc to boost surfing speed? Long back when there was 14k modems was norm i did read about a company which marketed a modem which used 2 telephone lines to give you 28k speed! Those days 28K was like today’s T3 or better connection! I have on my disposal one GPRS connection and a 56K dialup modem connection

if a newly bought 5 port usb pci card doesn’t work, is it the pci card or the pci slot in the old pc?

Basically, its a cheap card being put in a slot where an unused 56k dialup modem has been sitting. The pc freezes at the “compaq” screen, the very first screen at boot. i’ve tried different slots, and i even tried installing the driver from the CD first. whats the issue? ask me a question and i’ll respond ASAP if you need more specifics, thank you
the computer is an old compaq presario desktop and i think you’re right. the pc is too old and does not support USB 2.0 any workaround? can i update my bios or instal some sort of windows update??
