I Can’t Find a Fast Internet?

ok i’ve been searching for a high speed internet to buy and i can’t seem to find one that provides internet where i live. I’ve tried Verizon, ATT, Netzero, and they all say that they don’t provide internet services at my address. I have Verizon Phone service so i would think i could get verizon high speed. And I’ve tried entering my sisters address, she lives 3 miles away and it seems to work there.

What should i do i’m sick of dial up and I don’t think i can afford wireless. I really don’t want to spend more than $30/m

And i live in Michigan, USA if that helps

If I switch from dial-up to broadband, won’t I lose my primary email address?

The company which currently provides my internet connection (netzero) doesn’t offer broadband service in my community. If I were to use a local internet company to provide broadband service on my computer, wouldn’t I lose my netzero email address? Is there any means of keeping that address once I have switched to broadband?

I would not be willing to lose all my contacts in order to make the switch (and I do not keep an “address book” as I choose to type email addresses in individually each time I correspond).

email is using my old dial up email address and not my new dsl email address what do i do?

when i go to email a document it is trying to send from my old dial up server and old email address and not my new dsl and new email address
