TiVo R10 – TiVo to Go?

Alright, so I don’t have a wireless network for my computer since I can only get dialup where I live so I was wondering if there was any way I could hookup my TiVo R10 via USB port to the computer and transfer shows to TiVo 2 Go with an ethernet cord or USB to USB. I don’t think R10 picks up any wireless network so I was also wondering what the USB ports in the back of the R10 was for anyways? Anybody with any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

keeping computer on for long periods of time?

I have windows vista and windows xp on my dell computer I am using dialup service.I need step by step instructions for keeping my computer and internet connection on for longer than 20minutes.

How can I delete ALL Aol software from my computer?

I switched (from Aol Dialup) to my local DSL provider and that connection is working great. I tried uninstalling as much Aol programming as I could, including taking it out of my startup folder. Still, when I boot up, it automatically loads Aol. Also when I click on any internet-related icon on my desktop, it immediately begins loading Aol. This is very slow and annoying as well. I tried calling Aol tech support and after ten minutes in VRU hell, I was told I was being transferred to someone in tech support. Then I heard a click and got a recorded message saying “we can not help you at this time!” Help!!!!

How do I get Vista to dial when I want it to?

My club is too cheap to get DSL and is using dial up and just got a computer running Vista. There are a couple of user at the club who need to be able just to run a program that does a file transfer. The problem is that I haven’t been able to get the dial up connection to fire with anything besides Firefox or IE. How do I make Vista do the dialup when I run one of the file transfer programs. I’ve tried ping, nslookup, etc. I suppose that I could make it dial by running IE and putting in a delay, but that is QUITE inelegant. Can you do better?
I actually have the “dial when a connection is needed” option already set. It often dials for IE, but not always and rarely, if ever, dials for SFTP or for any of the other file transfer programs. This is something that is specific to Vista (and rather annoying at that).

Is there a program that saves a cache of websites I routinely use so they will load faster?

Are there any good programs that save a cache of all the sites I routinely visit? I want to save a cache that my computer will load on sites I visit all the time so they will load quickly on my dialup connection.

Thanks
