26.4 dialup connections & Phone Co?
Since i’ve moved all i get is 26.4K. As a test I checked for dsl availability & its not available. I’m in a housing complex. Just wondering whats lurking on my line. i’ve always dreaded the day when i’d connect on one of these crappy lines.
Its with ANY isp, modem, different computers. It IS in the phone system & 18-24k IS NOT normal when I used to get 48-52K throughput!
Why is my dialup connections grayed out on my computer?
I have had dsl previously on my computer. I have deleted everything pertaining to dsl. Now I would like to use a dial up connection, but it is grayed out. What should I do?
