is it possible to bridge two lan segments (each lan segment has its own ics with a dialup modem ) on a single server? is it possible that each lan segment access internet through its respective modem ?? or they use both modems? how can bandwidth be utilized effectively ? plz dont suggest modem teaming and multilink ppp coz they r very complicated

installed xp pro on 3 laptops and the dialup modem will not take a command on either of them?
I have 2 computers, that share a dialup connection. 1 will connect at, 42kbps. The other, connects, at 28kbps. Why is this? Both have the same dialup modem.

if you have a dialup modem, do you get a new ip address every time you connect to the internet?
hi..i’m using a dialup modem 56k..lately, my connection drops half the speed as it used to..is it because of my internet provider or..is it possible that my modem is faulty? i’m positive that i don’t have spyware or any kind..tnx!
