Geez I hate Window updates…everytime they update one of my necessary programs quit working. My CallWave quite working (which takes calls when I had dialup on the Computer) So, since it had a corrupt, unreadable file I tried to delete the files that would interfer with installing a fresh copy of Callwave. While doing THAT (grrr) I think I deleted the Clean up Disk file found in the Control Panal. Now my computer runs slow, and I can’t clean up my disk. What should I do (help!) thanx in advance
The computer has a 144GB capacity, 76.35GB free space (52%). I cannot complete a disk cleanup. I tried doing a defrag at 2A this morning and at 8A it was only at 32% complete. Where do I start and how do I find out what is using the memory? I use a DSL line, but the computer is performing as if it were a dialup. Also, my hobby is photography…a lot of pixs. This is a Dell..so forget Customer Service.
Dear Sir: I have dsl at my home and I am in Florida for 2 months and I need to know in detail how to set up dialup service. I was told that I could do this when I signed up. I am installing a pci ethernet controller card in my computer. but I don’t have the drivers disk for it.. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to download the drivers at. please help I hate dialup and want my dsl.
