a small paint like prgram for making game sprites?
id like a simple paint like program that can make video games sprites for game maker. im not on my computer and this computer has dialup (they dont use the internet that much) i used to use idraw or somthing for rpg maker and id use it again but i cant find the old version if you know any programs let me know (not gimp wont let me finish the downloads for some reson)

My internet connection is getting slower?
We have a high speed connection, ADSL broadband with ethernet, it has been working great until now, its worse than dialup speed. when i try to download something it starts off at 35 KB/sec then slowly goes down to 3.5 KB/sec…why does this happen? the downloads that took 1 minute before takes 40-50 mins now.

HI I HOPE U WILL HELP ME WITH THIS SMALL PROB….. i have a broadband 100mbps connection …….(BSNL)dialup …..i changed my lan to 100mbps in properties ……i have a srs issiue….the bsnl guys gave me a MODEM ……which says STABILITY UNDER HIGH SPEED:DOWNLOAD/25Mbps ….UPLOAD 1Mbps………. but i am confused i pay high internet prises …and stuffs keep downloading at 25kbps at the max …i really mean at the MAX …..infact i use download accelator ……….whats the dam logic i dont understand cause i have a broadband which clearly states 100mbps after connecting and it downloads stuffs at 10 -15 kbps…is it cause of the firewall i dont get it …….please help me …i will really appritiate it …..thanx a lot for ur co-paration …..please reply
how can i stop a process on a computer in the network?
There are four or 5 computers connected to a modem , the connection speed is like 400kbs, and there is one user that is always downloading videos and music while we are working, and on top of that all the nortons are always updating, so sometimes we ARE REALLY BUSY and the connections gets worse than dialup.. I tried system manager 1.18. but it didnt work..can I disable the downloads on windows? What do you recommend?
