have cable internet but could not use phone connect to modem.How to setup to use modem for phone or fax.
Have cable internet . Can I also setup to work with modem when I want . Mean, disconnect cable and connect phone line to do as dialup. After using dialup connect cable back for ehthernet. Is it possible ? how to setup to work like this without dicconnect , connect and setup each time?

Using Win XP Home, What free software is best to use when faxing a MS Word doc from my computer without having to use my modem? If I use the built-in MS fax software, it will not send the fax unless I disconnect from the internet and allow it to dialup just to send the fax. Help please!
