I’ve been using DU Meter, but it works for mainly dialup. Looking for something that is freeware and will monitor upload and download over a certain amount of time. Then keeps track over a period of a day, week, and month.

How can I replace the audio of a VOB file with a WAV I put together myself (w/o loss of quality)?
I am still using a dialup modem, so I’m looking for a small freeware (or trial) that can replace the audio of a .vob with a .wav I’ve prepared myself. I don’t want to have to convert the .vob into (for example) an .avi and loose quality. Please help, thanks!
