i have dial up now and lagg all the time and was wondering which of these two are better for gaming i need to run my 360 and wii and my computer nbot at the dsame time but be able to and they both say they have a fair partice act and limit your downloads and i was wondering if gaming is a download or upload? or if you can give me a name of a nother sat company cable isnt an oppion in my area
i live in the middle of no where and there is absolutely NO chance of getting high speed internet except satellite and wireless broadband through a service like verizon wireless. i have dial up and satelitte now. please help me i want to online game so bad

I live in Minneapolis, MN and I’m sick of having dial-up. I want a cheap and affordable broadband service that will allow me fast access and smooth internet gaming. Any ideas?

I have dialup now and was looking into upgrading to something else.
A friend of mine has tried multiple companies and says the best hes had was Sbc yahoo dsl but the fastest available in my area is 1.5Mbs so I was wondering if it was good enough to use for gaming over the internet,MMORPGs and for xbox360live.
If its not good enough what other companies are good?
And what speed should I try to get?
I would like the specs of what brand, processor, RAM, etc. of the computer I should buy. I’m going to store a large media collection on it and do some light gaming too. I’m also going to be on the internet through dialup. 10 points for best answer.
oh yeah – I would like it to be Windows Vista capable and less than $600 US
