when Pc is connecting to the internet with dialup the moment it does the authentication it restarts?
When PC is connecting to the internet with dialup the moment it does the authentication the cmoputer restarts. Do you think it is a hardware issue or windows issue. do you think if I format the Pc and reinstall Win2000 that will solve the problem.
