I have a Toshiba Satellite notebook and as you know it’s wireless. I am trying to use incredimail but whatever I enter as incomming mail server(POP3) and outgoing mail server,which has to be the same, does not work. I can’t figure this crap out. Any suggestions? I’ll take em all. THANX
Yeah I use Yahoo! beta mail. so now what? I entered” yahoo.com” is that the wrong wording?

Hi. I would like to know if it is easier for my personal info to be stolen using the wireless connection provided by my university…as everyone can use that Internet connection than using my Internet service provider? Is it dangerous to have transactions using credit cards using open connection(like at Mcdonald’s…starbucks’..or libraries’)

I need suggestions for an inexpensive ISP for high-speed dial-up. We have never had internet before so we are clueless as to where to look. I would also like to hear what I can expect the *long-term* price to be (as opposed to the promotional rate), and any connection/set-up service fees.
We are hoping to pay $25/month or less, but I realize that may not be possible.

I am looking for something that runs under $25/month and with a low installation fee (under $75). Is this possible? I really don’t know what I’m doing here. I just bought a laptop and I don’t have a landline or cable t.v., so I have no preference between DSL or cable connections.
