Do I just hook the phone line into the router and use my ethernet cables to hook up to each of my pc’s or do I need some kind of special adapter or something? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

when i download any thing that takes more then a couple hour the download wont finish because my dialup?
disconnects and then i have to restart the download all over again is ther a free tool of some kind that with finish the download after it restart from the point where it lost the connection can any one tell me if so please send me a link to it thank yall

What kind of setup would be necessary for this idea?
I have an idea for my family (not just the family in my household either). What I would do is set up a server with an account for everyone in one location connected to the internet. From there what would the other people do to log-on with the user account that was set up for them? They might log on 20 miles or so away too, so its not just in my house, but anywhere in the world. Some people have dialup, some have DSL. Some have XP Pro and Home.
What’s the difference between an oral and a rectal thermometer?
