that for $24.50 per month you get an internet service of 2.00mbps/.30mbps , i’ve never used the dial up option for my internet,do you think it’s a good offer?

Having no luck with install of Yahoo IM messenger. Help!!!!?
I have tried three different times on different days to download Yahoo IM, and I get a box saying that the dl has been inturupted. Then gives the option to abort, or retry. Usually happens by 4-7% of the install. Hitting retry just makes the load bar read 100% and then sits there for a few and gives the same message box of interupt. So, then I abort the install, which leaves me sad. Is it because of slow dialup, and if so, is there a way to acomplish what I am trying to do?….Anyone????
