{Pop up blocker is NOT checked under Tools. I think what I meant to say is that I cannot click onto some URLs, cannot receive from American Greetings, cannot pay bills through MyCheckfree.com. This has only happened since I have been on IE. I cannot dialup AOL because of equipment moves. Before this, I could access anything. Help. Thanks.

Fastest-Free POP email please?

I use dialup internet connection at home for retriving mails at home. Even though Gmail provided POP/outlook compatibilty, it always shows errors due to slow connection and is never able to download mails using MS outlook. Do you any email service provider who gives free POP and a good amount of storage with speed even in dialup connection?
