My internet isn’t working, I think it might have something to do with either the ISP( i use time warner high-speed) or the modem. I have tried resetting the modem, but I don’t think that’s the problem because there are only 2 lights that are blinking. I called the customer support and they said there was an outage in my area around 3 PM yesterday, then i called again at around 10 PM and they said that they cannot confirm that there still is an outage. I now have to wait until sunday for them to send a technician to my house, does anybody know what I can do until then i really can’t wait this long I need internet!!
I checked under internet connection and it says I am connected… what could this mean? btw i have an appointment with them already i’m trying to fix it in the mean-time
