not sure which to go with for my mom in law..out in sticks, only dialup is avail…which is best, she has both startup disks from walmart…anyone which is better????

We just changed to high speed internet and use Yahoo. How do we dwnld without the ‘puter going to Walmart.com
When we receive an email with an attachment or download, the attachment goes straight to our dialup that we had previously and of course we are not connected to that anymore. How do I change it to go to Yahoo or Internet Explorer?
